Kramer Junction Solar Electric Generating Station.

The Kramer Junction power plant creates electric power using sunlight. It operates on a simple solar heat transfer process applied on a large scale. Row upon row of large sets of parabolic mirrors reflect and focus the suns rays on a transparent pipe which circulates a heat transfer fluid. The super heated fluid is then used to create steam to drive a turbine which generates electricity.
