| Range: Found worldwide. In the Pacific Ocean they range
from the Arctic Circle to the Gulf of Mexico and Southeastern Pacific. Believed to be the largest animal to have ever lived. The Blue Whale can reach lengths of over 90 feet and attain weights of 150 tons or more. They feed almost exclusively on huge amounts of tiny shrimp like crustaceans called Krill. |
