| | La Jolla Concours d’Elagance Car Show
One of the bigger annual events in La Jolla each year is the Concours d’Elagance Car Show. Over the years it’s grown into one of the premier shows on the West Coast, in the same league with Pebble Beach. This was the first year I had gone and I have to say it was not a bad way to spend an afternoon. The day started with gray overcast skies, even threatening rain at one point but by around eleven the clouds parted and the cars were shining. Between the blue sky, ocean backgrounds, green grass and of course row upon row of classic and exotic cars the camera just had to come out.
